With over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, 10 of those in the automotive sector, Kayleigh has built a career transforming how organisations approach learning. For six years at Bentley Motors, Kayleigh was responsible for global learning within the retailer academy. This included collaborating with other Volkswagen Group brands, including Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen, driving retailer capability and performance.
Evolved Automotive Learning was born from a clear ambition, to build the learning partner Kayleigh had always needed when she was in role. One that truly understands the complex needs of a global automotive academy and has the experience and expertise to support holistically.

Chris brings over 10 years of experience as a business development director in the digital agency sector. He believes in the power of merging digital strategy with learning and development.
Having worked strategically with businesses to raise awareness of their products and services, Chris realised that any organisation’s true potential lies in its people’s performance and that more focus should be placed on engaging employees in their development.
Drawing on his digital background, Chris advocates applying the same strategies used to promote products and services to clients to promote internal learning initiatives. By marketing learning programmes to learners with the same creativity and targeted approach as a business would market to clients, organisations can ensure greater engagement, increased participation, and a more skilled workforce that drives long-term business performance.
With nearly 25 years of experience in Learning and Development, Nick brings a unique blend of technical digital learning expertise and commercial skills training.
His deep-rooted understanding of the automotive industry stems from a decade at British Car Auctions (BCA) UK, where he played a pivotal role in developing training solutions within the wholesale and remarketing sector. Before that, Nick worked with the Marshall Motor Group, gaining hands-on experience in the dealer network. Earlier in his career, he was on the frontline as a sales executive in automotive retail. This breadth of experience gives Nick an exceptional perspective on the entire automotive ecosystem, from dealership operations to the broader market dynamics.

His people-centred approach shines through in the strong partnerships he builds with clients, ensuring that learning solutions are engaging and drive real business impact.
